Each plan has no setup fee and is based on a 12-month agreement.
Because there is no setup fee, the 12-month agreement allows us to build, host, maintain, and support your website over time instead of charging thousands upfront.
The Starter plan includes a professional 1-page auto detailing website, template-based customization, mobile-friendly design, services section, before-and-after gallery section, reviews section, contact or booking form, hosting, basic maintenance, up to 2 small website edits per month, and client portal access.
The Plus plan includes everything in Starter, plus up to 3 website pages, up to 5 small website edits per month, a dedicated services page, expanded gallery or contact page, monthly homepage promo update, before-and-after gallery updates, basic on-page SEO setup, review request script, Google Business Profile post template, and priority support over Starter.
The Pro plan includes everything in Plus, plus up to 5 website pages, up to 10 small website edits per month, a monthly social media starter content kit, one monthly promo graphic, quarterly homepage refresh, lead follow-up text scripts, seasonal offer updates, basic monthly website performance checks, and highest priority support.
If you just need a simple professional website, choose Starter.
If you want more pages, more updates, and a stronger online presence, choose Plus.
If you want your website, promos, and light content support kept more active every month, choose Pro.
Most detailers will get the best value from ShineOnline Plus.
Most ShineOnline websites are completed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive your completed onboarding form, logo, photos, services, business information, and domain details.
The timeline starts once we have everything needed to build the website.
You will need to provide your business name, logo, services, service area, contact information, business hours, photos, reviews if available, social media links, and domain details.
You can still get started. We can use the best photos you have, but we strongly recommend using real before-and-after photos of your work whenever possible.
Real photos help build more trust than stock images.
No. If you do not have a domain, we can guide you through purchasing one.
Your domain should be owned by you or your business.
Yes. Your domain is yours. We recommend that every client owns their own domain.
LGCY Marketing can help connect your domain to your ShineOnline website, but your domain should remain under your ownership.
LGCY Marketing hosts and maintains your website as part of your ShineOnline monthly plan.
Your domain belongs to you.
The ShineOnline website is built, hosted, and maintained by LGCY Marketing as part of your monthly plan. After your 12-month agreement, you can continue monthly, upgrade your plan, or request a website buyout and transfer.
ShineOnline websites are hosted and maintained as part of your monthly plan. After completing your 12-month agreement, you can request a website buyout and transfer if you want to move the website to your own hosting.
A one-time website buyout and transfer fee applies.
The website buyout and transfer fee is a one-time fee paid after the 12-month agreement if you want to stop the monthly plan but keep the website and move it to your own hosting.
This fee covers preparing the website for transfer, moving the website files, helping connect it to your hosting, and removing it from LGCY Marketing’s monthly website system.
Transfer fees are based on the plan:
Starter: $697
Plus: $1,197
Pro: $1,697
This only applies if you want to stop the monthly plan and move the website to your own hosting after completing the 12-month agreement.
Yes. After your 12-month agreement, you can continue your monthly plan so we can keep hosting, maintaining, and updating your website.
Yes. You can upgrade from Starter to Plus or Pro if you need more pages, more updates, or more monthly support.
Yes. You can upgrade your plan or request additional pages separately.
Additional pages can be quoted based on what you need.
Small edits include updates like:
- Changing text
- Swapping photos
- Updating pricing
- Adding a customer review
- Changing business hours
- Updating service areas
- Changing phone number or email
- Adding before-and-after images
- Updating a small promo section
- Changing button text
Small edits do not include full redesigns, new custom pages, logo design, full branding, SEO campaigns, ad management, social media management, advanced automations, custom copywriting, complex integrations, or unlimited revisions.
Those services can be quoted separately.
You will receive access to a client portal where you can submit website edit requests.
Each plan includes a set number of small edits per month:
Starter: 2 small edits per month
Plus: 5 small edits per month
Pro: 10 small edits per month
You can either upgrade your plan or purchase additional edits separately.
Extra edit packs can be quoted as needed.
No. ShineOnline is primarily a website plan.
The Pro plan includes light content support, such as content ideas, caption prompts, promo ideas, and one monthly promo graphic, but it does not include full social media management.
Full social media management can be added separately.
ShineOnline includes basic website setup and basic on-page structure depending on your plan.
It does not include a full SEO campaign, ongoing SEO strategy, backlink building, blog writing, or advanced local SEO unless purchased separately.
The Plus and Pro plans include a Google Business Profile post template, but full Google Business Profile setup or optimization is not included in the base plans.
That can be added separately.
No. ShineOnline does not include Meta ads, Google ads, ad management, or ad spend.
Those services can be quoted separately.
ShineOnline includes a contact or booking form.
If you need advanced booking software, payment collection, calendar integrations, CRM setup, missed call text-back, or automations, those can be added separately.
Yes. If you already have a website, we can review it and determine whether it makes more sense to replace it with a ShineOnline website or quote a custom upgrade.
Yes. If you already own a domain, we can help connect it to your ShineOnline website once your site is approved.
We can still build your new ShineOnline website through our WordPress-based system and connect your existing domain once the new site is approved.
ShineOnline websites are built using WordPress and our auto detailing website templates.
Yes. Every ShineOnline website is built to be mobile-friendly.
Yes. Your website will include a contact or booking form so customers can request a quote, ask a question, or reach out about your services.
Yes. Every ShineOnline plan includes a place to showcase your work.
Starter includes a before-and-after gallery section. Plus and Pro give you more room for expanded gallery options.
Yes. Your website can include customer reviews or testimonials to help build trust with new visitors.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and give you time to update your payment method.
If the account remains past due, monthly edits, support, or website access may be paused until the account is brought current.
ShineOnline is based on a 12-month agreement because there is no setup fee.
If you need to cancel early, the remaining balance or early cancellation terms will be handled according to your service agreement.
Yes. ShineOnline is a template-based monthly website plan.
If you need a fully custom website, LGCY Marketing can quote a custom website project separately.
